Spencer Welsh is the Vice President at Welsh & Associates, where he plays a key role in executive search, client partnerships, and business development.

A former Kalamazoo Promise Scholar from Loy Norrix High School, Spencer is a graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) through the National Association of Personnel Services and a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP).

A graduate Leadership Greater Kalamazoo, Spencer is an active board member of the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo, is an ambassador for the Family Business Alliance, and serves on the SBAM Leadership Council.
