Sheri Welsh is the President & CEO of Welsh & Associates. Since 1998, she has worked in talent attraction, selection, retention, and human resources consulting.
Originally founding Welsh & Associates in 2002, Sheri’s leadership and expertise have solidified our firm as an industry leader and driven our ability to meet our clients’ needs throughout the country. Sheri’s success has been built upon a solid foundation of ethical conduct and long-term, trusting relationships with employers and professionals alike.
She holds a BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), and Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS). She is also currently Board Chair of the Small Business Association of Michigan.
